Only the first generation of xbox get the red ring. But its ok Microsoft will fix any xbox that gets the red ring for free. The most it will cost you is maybe 2 weeks without your xbox until they send you a new one. PS3 has its own share of problems especially with their latest firmware update.

Ok as long as the company cn take care of the mistakes and it not cost me any money.....thanks for the info...

Nope costs you nothing except for the inconvience of not playing your xbox. Believe me my Wii saw the most attention during this period. My xbox went out when COD 4 came out so I first had to buy it on the DS. Which isn't a bad game either.

Im a huge fan of HALO but yall are scaring me with this ring of death talk. And XBox's messing up left and right....not to hi-jack but does the PS3 have these problems...???

Yes. They just aren't publicized like 360's were. However, Microsofts customer support is MUCH better now. My xbox's infared died on me...I can't use my remote on it. Called them up, they registered my xbox on the phone (I should have done it over a year ago, they didn't care), and they sent me a box with shipping label to ship my box in. They will try to fix it. If they can't, they send me a new xbox elite.


But yes, PS3s do have the problems....Sony ignored them though, and alot of people with PS3s got shafted....

im lordofthejewsjr but gta4 got very boring so if you want to play either:
gears of war 2
battlefield bad company
halo 3
cod4 and soon cod5 friend request meh
im pretty good in all games but im extremely good at flying the chopper in bad company so hit me up people.
