nice now you can feed them a more wide rang of different cut foods.

my guys do the same exact thing.. i have had some orinos in the past smash pellets the first try and i had one of my wild peru monos take pellets, first try but no cichla i have now will take pellets so i hide them in their food

i convert mine to pellet within 5 days. i squish the shrimp and lace it to the pellet.

i used dieselmacks sticky on the top. i through in a guppy and they smashed it right when i threw it in, then i threw a piece of shrimp in there and they smashed it too.
