thats what i thought also... looks like both eyes are looking up ... possibly cos it wouldnt swim much and would sit there most of the time... very poor effort from the owner

He /she should just give it away,and his excuse for having a green tank is because of it being near a sun room,maybe if he did a few water changes??My tank is facing a huge window and always has sunlight on it,no green water.
