Don't let them starve and if you can, keep them separated until they get bigger.
Also if you want to have them in high temp water, make sure you got lots of surface movement.

what kind is he, like said before keep temp around 86-89, ick magnets. heat kills ick, no feeders, only feeders to get him on to pellets, pbass need lot and lots of filteration, and very very very very clean water. keep us updates, and any pics of him out of bag??

How many did you get? Keep temps up high at 86+. Cichla do best in groups so keep them together. There's nothing really special to do but just have good filtration and keep the water clean. Try to get them onto pellets but frozen foods will do fine for now. The sooner the better if you can get them onto pellets. There are stickies on here that show how to wean them onto pellets. Good luck!
