That must suck! For a while in my state there were no laws regarding exotics, but that changed this Year. All Big cat Species require permits, and some counties are limiting the size of snakes and lizards. But its basicly the same. Heck, if I wanted to I could go out and buy a Nile croc, and I wouldnt even have to get a permit.

Think they've been changing laws recently to any feline species you can't have unless its a domesticated house cat, or a hybrid... at least that's what they are proposing for over here.

Yep, same here domesticated or hybrid. Probably because there are a lot of stupid people that had tigers and bears in their backyard, neglected them and let them become harmful to the neighbourhood.

Hey Davo, here are those pics of mine that I took in Florida of the armadillo in out campsite. They're eating a shish-kabob that my friend dropped. I can't find the pic of me and feeding them. 2-4 of them would show up at our campsite every night. Then about 20 minutes after they left the raccoons would show up. I guess the two of them worked in shifts. I'm suprised raccoons weren't on anyones lists. They are quite intelligent little beasties.:D

Yes, they are waxy slippery and not are very easy to keep hold of!

A skunk. I'm wanting these for years. Done a lot of research on them, met several breeders. But they do not very well with ferets and no animal touches my ferets
