I have one at the moment, they are absolutely beautiful fish, just not big enough for me to stick in a 300 all by himself lol

A huge Male Dovii seems like a no-brainer for me, but if I didn't have the cichlid limitation then I'd go with a big ol' Snakehead. Damn I miss owning one of those!!!
