Blood worms due to availability and because they are easiest. All the fish I have would probably enjoy any item on that list. However only brine shrimp and bloodworms can be bought locally.
I do have some mysis shrimp I got at Kensfish that I plan to give to my syno cats when I remember to take it with me when I drive over.

depends on the species of fish
ditto... but almost all fw fish love blood worms

Krill (for bigger fish) because you can squeeze them and take the air out to make them sink, or put in as is and they will float (to get to your fish at the main levels in the water column).

Blood worms are great just about every fish likes them and there good for your fish to

Krill would be my next choice for size alone as alot of my fish are at the point where a little blood worm doesn't get there attention any more

blood worms and mysis shrimp. my cichlids love them. But anything other than NLS I only feed twice a week and its usually live ghost shrimp..20 of them :) they are gone in seconds.
