Agreed man. I will have 3 silver arowana, a giant pleco and maybe 2 other big fish. Pacu or gar. Wont be huge bio load.

actually no gar or pacu. Did my research. pacu are fin nippers and the gar will attack my arowana. dont worry guys i research before buying.

Best of luck with your set up. The problem with research is there's lots of bad advice out there. Silver aros will be cramped in your tank before long, I've never had a pacu that nipped fins and all my gar have never bothered tank mates. Hope things work out for you.

yep 3ft plus... lima shovelnose will work... wide bar silver dollars get big and chunky too, some places near me sell them as black barred pacu as a common name.

Sweet pickup, I got a 220 already drilled and waiting to bring it Into the house. That trip up the stairs must have been a back breaker. I used to have a pacu with silver arow and mine def was a fin nipper. The arow was always jumping. Good luck with the build
