Risk of infection/parasites. Also they will get their interended sizes unlike CB.

But should be fine as long as u stay with upper jaws.

Feeding won't be an issue. Should be able to get on pellets without a problem.

Okay then. Hopefully by that time i have sorted something out with the tanks and i can use the 15 gallon to QT or get another tank for that purpose. I have some seachem Kanaplex that i used to treat IP in my goldfish so hopefully that can work. Most of the meds i see on MFK are unavailable here

I will. I have tubs as well i could use with sponge or whatever. I quite like my knife fish, i don't want to risk them so QT is a pretty good option IMO

Thanks :). Sens are fairly available here, they are around every now and again.

How much do you guys pay for them? I think it was between 12-17 USD for a 4" sen. I can't quite remember

All I really need is some prazipro and salt for parasites. For qt hold off on kanaplex. It's good to use but preferred for actual illness.

Okay, i can get salts but prazi i have never seen. Maybe i can find some.

I may actually see if i can order one in the next week or two after some more research as well. You guys are already really helpful :D

Okay, here in South Africa the prices vary a lot between the shops. I got my 5" knife for less than what a 2" one costs at another. It depends i guess.

And polys are not renowned for aggression which helps. My salvini is a little psycopath. Hopefully putting him with bigger fish will help
