Fidji igs have been bred in captivity by many generacions now in europe and they even ocurr in color morphs like blue and yellow;) Thouse cb animals dont endanger the species, by the oposite, proctect it from being whipped from the face of the earth and greatly enhance our hobby. Unfornatly they are slow breeders so the price tag should remain very high for a long time (but is already decreasing:D 6000 euro last year from what I herd for a pair in Hamm)
 
Eh Calumma Parsonii hands down but wouldn't mind getting a fiji iguana though

the us has all kinds of crazy laws it sucks...if an animal is endangerd in most areas it can still be over populated in another thus needing less regulations in said area.

Really I thought you just couldn't have them here period. But my guess is that permit will cost as much as the ig.
