The pic is owned by the guy in Fla who imported those two rays. I reported another auction in the last week with that pic. Aquabid's just a joke.

That pic and others similar have also been used by a guy on there by the name of Dragon22. He is out of jersey or new york and should be avoided. Ordered 2 12" leos from him and got 2 emaciated 8" henlei instead.
