When you buy the largest tank you have ever owned (in my case 240) and start looking on CL in less than a month for something bigger.

Floor joist jacks from Home Depot. Mine are rated at 18,000 lbs each. 2 under my 240. 40 bucks each. My landlord required it. Glad he did, in less than a week I had to crank up the one furthest from the foundation 1/2". That was with a jack under it already and it was level at first!
