Oh boy i have one coffee a month from tim hortons other than that its ice caps and ice teas for me My daughter gives me my energy every morning! Definitly today its been cleaning and setting up for her 1st birthday party!

the amount of caffine consumed that day was not goood.... well the combo with the energy drinks was bad.... the expresso was what did me in... no coffee for me for a few days time to recover but i did get almost all i had to do done...
