Actually I think the comment right above is prankur, they both seem to have 3' x 1' x1' tanks

i want to buy a pair of bgkf but i have heard many times in internet that only 1 bgkf should be hosed in a small tank

tank size 3 1 1
fish size 2-4 inch

so should i buy single or a pair

and one more thing

basic requirements

I am going to purchase a silver arowana 8-10 inches within a week. I had been keeping freshwater aquariums for 5-6 months. My current aquarium size is 3*1*1.

I own a 264 inch silver arowana! I feed it 46 fishes a day. It lives in a 365x48x74 inch tank!
It MUST be a typo.... how could a 264" aro even turn around in a 365"x48"x74" tank? exactly it couldnt..... but a 26" aro could

True, but who wouldn't believe a 10" silver arowana?

The dimensions of the tank would be 14" x 2" x3" roughly:confused:

The FISH not the tank!

Did you guys read about the info for the silver aro? It says,

"One of the most interesting fish, the Arowana or Silver Arowana gets rather large. A 47 inch specimen, although rare, will need an aquarium of at least 100 gallons just to turn around!"

So, you can keep a 4 foot silver aro in a 100 gallon tank:WHOA:. Who writes the info for that site?:screwy: The Doctor.

A 4 foot silver arowana could turn around in a 12" wide tank. But by all means, a 4 foot silver arowana should be kept in a tank at least 4 foot wide.
