You have a cool mom, mine only told me how ugly my fish were and asked how long til they die!!!

I heard that line myself a few times, and "get some nice fish for once, like neons".

My Dad is good though, when I bought my 6' he said he was disappointed as he thought it would look bigger and I'm going to have to get another one but bigger. He also likes all the 'ugly' fish

Very nice find. My mom got me a 55g at a garage sale once, and my dad is always pestering my to let him read my fish magazines. ^^ It's always good to have parents who are atleast abit interested!

My mum doesnt care how many tanks I have as long as there in my room lol.. My mum actually got me into fishkeeping when she bought a 3ft and filled it with some livebearers now she just keeps a few goldfish though.

i always tell her that shes my favorite mom (as if i have another one)


she really supports me in all of my hobbies and she always enjoys my fish (especially my oscar) and she is in the hobby too, she just isn't a "Monster" fish keeper, at least not yet
