did some calling and checking cant fine live black worms close to here... found on e-bay for $20.00 for 1/4 pound 0r $42.00 a pound..would you go this way? is there a thing of getting bad worms??and going to move tank mates out for know...just love the little guys..want to see them move more and be happy...

reminds me of my rays when I first got them. Eastern aquatics sells blackworms for i believe around 37 or 38 for a pound with shipping included. they have always been fast and the worms come in good health and good quality. I ran out of worms once and in a pinch used some hikari cichlid gold just to see and my retics ate it. I add it in every now and then to vary their diet. I have also had luck with chopped silversides.

Grapedinox I am hoping to breed my rays, they are a bit young right now but they have been together for about 7 months or so and they get along great. I usually find them sitting together or topping each other.
