i love your poly tank setup simon ...

I'll have pics to contribute in a couple of weeks, tomorrow I'm picking up a 150x70x60cm (LxWxH) tank and stand for my large ornate and dat (and others). Will need to enclose the stand (its just a steel frame), plumb up the sump and get it cycled. I've already got 4L of media for the sump cycling in one of my other tanks, so hopefully that will speed up the process.

I'm actually having second thoughts about having just a couple of monsters in it, I like the idea of a south american themed community with uarus, geophagus, festivums, angels, flagtail, silver dollars, spotted metynnis, raphael cats, and some nice plecs. Loads of driftwood and some big river rocks, sand substrate. Oh, and my school of loaches as the one exception to the SA theme!

Start posting some interesting pics of bichir tanks to tempt me back to the dark side!!! :P

Well here is mine, I am still trying to figer out what kind of tankmates to get for my senegal bircher now that I just got rid of my Oscar.

haven't taken any pix lately, so this thread inspired me to. Hopefully, i'll be getting a 210 (7x2x2) very soon. I have a big piece of driftwood on its way.
