Mine would be about 1000gal with an Acanthicus Adonis and a bunch of the biggest, greenest fish I can find.

12'x12'x6'H, you walk into the bedroom and there 1 viewing window, you walk into the living room, another window, in the dining room, another window. A house build around a central tank. The 4th side backs up to the wet room! A room where all the filtration is, floor drains, controls, gizmos and gadgets!

You could have 4 viewing sides, and put the filtration and everything through the corner into a room situated diagonally to the tank.

divide the whole basement in two tanks from floor to ceiling with a narrow walkway down the center, a couple viewing windows from living room floor looking down and fill it with all the monster catfish that could share the same water parameters
