I cannot believe I forgot the Uaru!!! I have never kept one, I have never even seen one but I love those fish. Thanks for the reminder.

It's an easy mistake to make. For awhile I though they were New World cichlids and they are certainly more like American cichlids than they are Africans.

Severums!! Mine isn't the biggest or meanest in the tank, but he'll stand down anyone. And yet, he has a certain grace and appeal--what a flirt!!!:)
