so im new to the sw trade, and i dont realy know what kind of fish or inverts i would like, i can honestly say im not realy sure whats out there, so if you could post your favourite or most interesting invert or fish that would be awesome, hopefuly i see something that appeals to me

My favorite invert is going to have to be the nausarrus snail. Its like playing "where's waldo" when looking for their probuscus if they are burried in the sand.

My favorite fish is the harlequin tusk. I have never owned one, but they are an awesome looking fish.

Dragon eel's are so cool, but they come with a hefty price tag.

My fave fish is probably the ocellaris clown or green spotted mandarin, they have so much character. ORRRRRRRRR the blue hippo tang, just because their coloration is so weird and amazing.

As for favorite invert? probably a mantis shrimp because their so beastly heh....

Somewhere down the line i hope to set up a tank just for a mantis shrimp and throw the hermits that get too big into that tank MUAHHAHAA.....

My favorite fish is the dragon wrasse...although I have never had one. It is simply based on my experiences of diving with them in hawaii. Well not really with them...but near them.

Favorite invert...nas snails are cool, especially if you can get the big ones. Probably my skunk cleaner though. I know, its lame...but ya.

that dragon wrasse is sweet, predatory?.....and same question about the mantis shrimp, my lfs has one and omg i could watch it for ever darting between its holes its so fast, are they predatory?

Very predatory...depending on what kind you get they also have a "hammer" that they use to spear their prey that is capable of breaking the bottom of glass tanks.

Dragon wrasses are considered non reef safe, get large, and are also called rock-mover wrasses for their favorite activity when they grow up. :D

haha wow, ya i just read that about the dragon wrasse, and i saw some crazy videos on youtube about the mantis shrimp, i deffinetly wont be getting one of those
