My first big aquarium was a 65 gallon that was 36 inches long, 24 inches tall and had 18 inches in depth. I was super exited when i got it. I bet everyone else was exited when they got there first big aquarium.

A 150g that's 4' long 30" high and 20" wide ( width may be off by a few give or take).
Found it outside next door to my gmaws house, all panes were good except one front piece which is all I had to pay for the tank 150$ for the half inch thick pane of glass

120 gallon 5ftx18in. Got it with stand and wet dry sump filter and light. I could not believe how huge it is. Didn't even think it would go in my my house door but was so happy to get it setup

Mine was a 110 long, 72x18x20. I still have it 23 years later.

300 dollars is considered a good deal. 150 dollars is hard to find.

My first semi large tank was a 55gal ($150 complete set up) but I would say my first large tank was a 150gal (complete set up $400), both tanks are still running today =)
