Anything bought before a ban should be grandfathered. that alond should hake this case viod. and if this guy has had it for 10 years I highly dought he's the one who put the snakeheads in any river or pond. I think they should just let him be. and tell him when the fish dies he must show fish and game the body before he gets rid of it to prove he didn't let it go into the wild. and if he can't show a body then HAMMER him with fines and jail time.
