Because, let's face it, everyone has one.

If I’m gonna be totally honest…guppies.
I don’t know, there’s just something about them I don’t care for.
I keep them, I like them, but there just isn’t anything special about them to me. Just small colorful fish.

My primary least favorites should be obvious enough from my signature, but I'll also add long finned serpae tetras and long finned tiger barbs. Both of these are notorious fin nippers but need large schools of well over 6, so what's the point of having so many fin nippers that shred each other too?

Giant danios. They just won't die! :) Best tank breakeriners until they terrorize everything afterwards.
Yeah they can get mean. And true about not dying. My rainbow fish has been trying to kill my remaining one for months.

Serpaes are actually not aggressive at all in my experience. I do have a longfin one mixed in on accident, and it still has perfect fins…and that is even with puffers in there.
Agree that longfin tigers is the dumbest thing ever…paying extra for essentially a regular barb after a week…

While not everyone finds these fascinating, it is primarily to do with their barbels (or whiskers). At least IME.
