The problem is noone has the brains and/or balls to tackle these problems , or to admit they can't, so they blame ridiculous things to shift responsibility.

Or be left unattended, the problem is that we let these crazies just run around wherever, when they should be monitored and if needed treated, for the benefit of themselves and others, this isn't a gun problem, it's a mental health problem, some of these (actually a lot) of these mental problems, are caused by buildups of toxins and metals in the body and can be reversed with treatment
