I completely agree.In the video,the woman kept going on about having diabetes as if that affects her bladder or something.She even offered to "clean it up".

There are a lot of conditions that affect the bladder, diabetes is not one of them lol

Ain't no way I'd let her "clean it up". I'd probably accept her buying a new mop and bucket but be screwed if I'd be using the old one again. Regardless of how much she "cleaned" it.
