I saw it now. Someone also posted another one where a guy(reporter) was hanging on to a fence on a porch like he was going to fly off at 100 mph and two girls walk by on the sidewalk and even look up and wave.

That's nothing new, there are more gangs known to pose as mariachi bands than actual mariachi bands in mexico, and it has been this way since at least the 80s
