Nope. I just spend my time looking for MULTIPLE stories about animals getting arrested.
My guess is it took a lot of people and resulted in injuries, there is no limit to human stupidity it would seem

In an apartment building, a man is seen running around naked going into his room. His brother had died and is suffering depression. Cops get in his room, see him taking a shower. Cops taser him 18 times (covered in water). Dies there and then. (Lesson to cops: Water+electricity=death)
