Well,he eventually did end up in the back of another patrol car.He ditched the vehicle a few blocks away and broke into someone's home.The homeowner happened to be present at the time and he in turn gave the nut a good beating and chased him out ......and right into the waiting arms of other police who were called.

The idiots behind tearing down historical statues in the south, Now want to rename Austin, TX. I guess they don't know history. Stephen F. Austin died in 1836. 24 years before the civil war.
Just more madness from mad people, tell em to go fxxxx themselves, history doesn't need to be rewritten cuz they don't like or understand it.
Same people want to take "in God we trust" off coins, burn flags and call the United States a terrible place (I tell em if they don't like freedom, get the hell out of the country).

No one should ever be charged for defending themselves, especially against a stranger in their house, like if agree.
Damned right!..especially inside their own home! If an intruder breaches someone's home then that intruder should be fair game for any consequences that follow and there should be no legal ramifications for the homeowner to face.

to bad that's not the case. my aunt and uncle killed an intruder in their house. the intruder was armed and pointing the weapon at them while they were in bed. the family of the deceased criminal sued my aunt and uncle for taking away their means of support. long drawn out case but eventually my relatives won. they spent a lot of $$$ on a lawyer. another thing nobody tells you about is the coroner only takes the body and large chunks (357mag). the rest you get to clean or spend thousands to have it done.
