He's going to lose, that sort of precedent can't be set, otherwise every parents going to be sued

What on earth were they doing....giving each other high fives and totally not paying attention to the guy?
Hello; Around my area there is a push to have the stuff that revives a person from an OD almost everywhere. In schools, with cops, with paramedics and firemen, in places of business. They also want me to help pay for all the doses of the stuff without my consent.
Some stories of the same addict being revived multiple times around here as well. They even want me to have some doses of the stuff in my home in case an OD happens near my home so I can save a drug addict. I ride my bicycle on a busy highway and see syringes often so they shoot up going down the road.
Here too and I'll do ya one better.A former governor of this state is trying to establish "safe houses" in some locations throughout the city.These would be places where heroin junkies can safely and comfortably shoot their drugs as opposed to some publuc restroom or an alley.
