Liz, you're awesome with all the tidbits of information you post! Makes the rest of us sound smart when we repeat it lol
What's crazy is there are places out in the world where people still live in primitive conditions.... 
Be fortunate and count your blessings. We have the option to supersize, where parts of the world they can't even have 1 fry =-(

I was thinking that since we attain many of our fish from South America & Asia that we contribute something back by helping out a fellow local who would wish to fulfill their dreams and start their own business. It's a loan system them financially helps someone in need. They also pay the loan back.
We can just continue to lend people the money in need. $100 for us can be spent in seconds, parts of the world this will last MONTH's at a time.
As a community in MFK I think it would be great if we all contribute something and start a TEAM, TEAM MFK...
