Your Oldest Bichir??

OK. My oldest is an Ornate male. I've had him 9+ Years.

My next oldest is a 6+ year old female Rope. She is about 18 inches long.

Right now my oldest poly is my Ornate, I've had him for over 3 years from a tiny fry less then 2 inch to the 9 inch beast he is now. I was lucky enough to meet someone who's or wild ornates had bred and I was the first one to get one from them so I picked the best looking, eating, and plump one they had haha. So for him I know the exact age, if he would eat pellets more regularly I bet he'd be bigger by now but he's finicky being spoiled by live blackworms since birth

But my 15 inch Ropefish is estimated to be 5-8 years old so he would be oldest member of Polypteridae.

My ornate must be a freak. I bought he about 2.5 years ago at about 3 inches and he he now pushing 15".

19-20" endli that i can track through felow hobbyist for about 10 years.. I got her 2009..

I have a 18" 5 year old cb endli. will try to post pics got it at around 3". LFS guy mistakenly sold it to me as a delhezi. :ROFL:
 
My oldest would be my 9" albino Senegal. The couple I got her from said they bought her in 2011 at about 2" so she's around 3 years old.
