Your stance on leaving lights on around the house...

It's like I totally care about money and energy and everything, I just hate life when the lights are off. To me, it's worth every penny to have a bright and happy house. While dimness and gloom might be profitable, it's just not for me.

Lights are only on in the room being used. I open all my window blinds for the extra lighting so that its not always dark and gloomy.

She leaves them on, but what can I say. My Tank lights and pumps take up a lot more electric than a light.lol

I keep it pretty dark; just like my soul.

However, my tank lights are pretty bright, so it isn't pitch black and no one is chanting or anything weird.

X2..LOL!!! With all of my tank lights on we don't need to turn on any other lights..

lights on only in the room im in-and then its only like one light- tank lights go off a few mins after dinner feeding. and i keep the heat lower at night-we have an electric mattress pad.. i try to cut corners wherever i can on energy costs. you wont find a regular light bulb in my house! lol...
