Your thoughts on fish Youtubers like Paul Cuffaro, Catch Em All Fishing, and Nick Bingo?

Paul Cuffaro once fed bread to kois, kept 3 bettas in tiny tank divided, I think kept large fish horribly.

The only one I recognize is Catch Em All and honestly I think he sucks. He's the type of what the new yt'ers are doing (loud/obnoxious=funny/entertaining) and I hate that. I don't feel like he shows what draws people to the fish, nor does he display what the hobby offers

Edit: I've checked the other two and I hate them as well. Seems like a trend to stretch your videos past the 10min mark with maybe 2min of actual content. Not to mention the clickbait titles and thumbnails.

I like to watch videos that provide actual knowledge and experience from guys like Cory from Aquarium coop, David Ramsey, Fishman, The Dave. These are creators that put out amazing content but sadly they're not as popular, especially Dave, he creates national geographic level stuff go check him out. So yeah I prefer watching videos from these guys instead of the douchetubers.

The YouTubers I watch are aquarium co-op, Ohio fish rescue, fish story and rescue, foo the Flowerhorn, Md fish keeping, and aquapros since they actually know what they’re doing.

Overall the vast majority of comments basically have said “they suck” and I agree however we do have to appreciate them a little bit as much as I hate it because they do get more people involved in the hobby that might not have gotten in. The majority may keep a betta in poor to mediocre care for a few weeks to a few months but for the thousands of those there will likely be at least one person that truly cares about fish. For every 10k we might get someone that becomes an active part of the fish keeping community. Every couple million new keepers we might get someone like thebiggerthebetter who is a wealth of knowledge and the hobby is better because of people like him.

Don’t take this post as to mean I like them, so don’t, I simply wished to express my opinion that even though they may be awful there is some good that can come out of these people.

If you don't like them the best way to get rid of them is ignore them and get everyone else to ignore them too. Every view and comment they get adds to their value , doesn't matter if it's positive or negative. Every less bit of action decreases their value , it's the only way to beat them.
I'm not actually commenting on the quality of the channels mentioned. I haven't even watched any of them but I always laugh when you see the same person making hundreds of negative comments on a channel, wonder why they don't just stop watching and commenting and let the channel fizzle out.
