Yeah I just came into a new tank 125g and planning moving what I have in my 55g and put the loaches in the 55g with some barbs or such.

Or do you think they can go into the 125g with a male connvict, male depmsey, and female FM (I think) there not aggresive with my bottomfedders I have as of now?

LOL...Nice to hear your loaches can stand up the cichlids when some cichlids do tend to be aggressive. I've looked your pics again. Seems the yoyo loach being focused is a male. Males have red mouths and that one is pretty.;) The other loach has a reticulated pattern. I like that one. All of my yoyos in second batch have that pattern compared to the first and third.

As long as they don't harass the loaches nor they try to spawn, it's fine.Do make sure yoyos are full grown when trying them with JDs although this isn't a problem anyway due to their fast growth rate.

The 125 should be OK so long as they have safe retreats.

Until recently, I had 3 with about 50 clown loaches. They shoal with the clowns. I'd recommend a minimum of 5 combined, but your shoal will be more active once you reach the dozen mark.
