Thats a whole lot of worms you got there... can i just ask, does it actually smell breeding earthworms / nightcrawlers? coz i've always wanted to breed some but could never really get a hold of any over here...

Thats good to know... guess i was wondering mainly coz i hear people say they feed food scraps to their worms such as left over vegetable skins etc, and was wondering if that maybe would cause some funky smells... also, since i live in a hot and very humid climate, the last thing i want is a smelly apartment...
 
Get yourself a tupperware and poke some holes in the top. Add some shredded newspaper as bedding, wet it then add the worms. Feed scraps and they reproduce fast. I use them as fish food as well as use their castings for my garden.

@Doveandgrenade 500 for $60? Got ripped off, I can get double that for half that price.

Not really considering I live in Canada where everything is double the price of the US. A dozen worms sell for $3.99 out here. Buying 500 for $60 even works out to about $1.48 a dozen or around there. I didnt pull up a calculator to check the actual amount.
