The species name was changed from frontosa to gibberosa in 2004. The name "frontosa" is still used as a common name for then, however. The Cyphotilapia species in the northern part of the lake is still C. frontosa though :)

Northern area = C. frontosa
Southern area = C. gibberosa

We did two transactions =-) I miss seeing the Fed Ex guy come through our office to deliver FISH..LOL.. He was quite surprised from his regular type of packages he was delivering. My boss thought I was nutts as I had an airpump, cooler and heater in my office..HAHAHAHAHA
 
well her we still call it frantosa although it is so rare to be found here :) so i guess they don't care for the name as they do not see it alot looooooooool
 
EGYPT and i can tell u ... less and so few ppl care for fish i was talking to an importer just few hours ago i wanted to order the yellow color pleco fish .. so he told me that we don't order it as it is weak and most of them die until they came here so the price will be high to make up the loss !! :( ... i wanna rasie reall fish !!! but i have a pacu monster ohhhh i love her soooooooo much and 2 pangasuis semi mosters too they are in one tank
and i am a very very very big fan of the convict cichlid i breed them i have fry now and ordered 3 big pairs as i am starting a farm
