Just checking out your post, I have a red zebra holding right now. I'm excited, it will be the first breeding in this new set up.

The cichlid in this referal is a Metriaclima callainos, what you Yanks refer to as a blue cobalt. It is of the Zebra family.
Post a pic so we can see what you are talking about.
Try to find out and learn what the correct names are instead of using some fancy made up name. Can't help you based on them as I only go by the scientific name.
I have 33 tanks with around 60-7- species of Mbuna and a couple of Haplichromis. Presently have about 18 females carrying fry and have about 200-250 fry busy growing.:naughty: :ROFL: :headbang2 :nilly:
