Zebra Goby/Blenny?

I have come across a fish labeled as a zebra goby. at first clance it looks like a small moray about 7" - 8" long very eel like but with a blunt blenny or goby like head. It was almost black with yellow vertical stripes.

Does any body know what this might be?

I have now ID'd it as a convict or Engineer Goby. Awesume fish but to big for my setup.
