The funny part being that, though thats a terrible idea because these are a hugely invasive species..... goldfish are actually classified as an invasive species as well. XD Apparently there are fairly flourishing populations in the great lakes as well, most assuredly shifting the ecological balance in one way or another. Atleast goldfish dont cover your expensive boat if you leave it docked for long in the water. XD
I think invasive round gobies eat them, but the downside is they absorb the toxins that build up in the mussels and they became a popular food source for game fish.
