there not imported anymore, therefore they are alota $$$.

The prices on them isn't very high actually, especially since he is selling sub-adult groups with both male and females.
yeah about $200 a pop for sub adults. Of course his proven breeders are more. I read on plecofanatics that this guy was a scammer and has advertised zebras and collected money and no fish. I'm not sure if this is the same guy but he was from Frankfurt, Germany also.

he has had a couple of problems, i guess his wife or children were involved in shipping and there was mix ups.
But he did have plenty of good sales before then, during the problem and after wards.
being a seller you can't make everyone happy, there will be problems, and he does have somewhat of an arrogant attitude that does make disagreements worse.
I have talked to people who have since bought from him, they did not know his past problems, and they are very happy.
Don't know if i would risk it though.
They are building a dam on the river Xingu where the Zebra come from.
they also have gold there, and are bringing down the trees, both will cause runoff and chemicals to pollute that part of the river near Altamira.
Really, people should scoop up Zebra when they can find them, pretty much are going to be extinct in the wild.
