Is it in the shape of the tail and anal fin...what am I looking at?

Males have more spotting on the upper and lower body and more patterning on the fins and tail. Females seems to have a more goldish base coloration, blocky splotches down the midsection. Also little or no spotting on the face and a rounder underbody.

This little guy, did not want his water fooled with...I really needed to replace airstones and clean the gravel really good so I wound up doing a Large W/C.
I could feel him hit the gravel sucker like a Bass...
