I think they are ready for the 6x3x2...I ordered it already just got to go 320miles to pick up their new home..

They been putin' on the bulk lately...they slowed down in length a bit but they are gettin wider...

I have always used Hikari food sticks and somewhere I read that they will loose their nutritional value if you don't keep them in an air tight container. I noticed that when I used the zip lock bag they come in, near the bottom of the bag, they didn't have that stong fish smell and my aros didn't eat them as well.
I keep them in a small air tight container to feed out of, and the Kilo I buy, goes into a Food saver bag and I vacuum seal that.
You might try to keep them fresher and your Aro will smash them every time you feed them...
I also feed them Massivore delight (they steal them from the big Cats) Prawns, SuperWorms, Ground Beef Heart, Large Krill, and Frozen Blood Worms, Talipia chunks, and Scallops...
I try to feed them a varied diet as much as possible, and always leave them looking for more.
Anymore I cannot open the top to feed them without getting a splash all over me, the wall, and the carpet...
Also I get up in the middle of the night to feed the Big Cats and thats the only time they don't get fed. Otherwise they get fed 3x a day at this size...
