Zig Zag Diet?

This is rather difficult to just start as s/he is in my main tank and my arms aren't long enough to reach the bottom where s/he is.

Haven't seen it eat since I got it, I have been putting frozen blood worms and brine shrimp and my other fish have been going nuts for it.

Only other eel I have had is a fire eel and he would come out of hiding for food and swim around when it was meal time.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have been really busy lately and haven't had much time to be on here. But anyway, you don't have to feed it directly from your hand, if you can't reach it, you can use a pair of tongs (or something similar), or you could just use a turky baster to spot-feed it.
