HI guys! First thread ( sorry if its not good )

I have some Questions about my Zigzag eel.

I bought him about a week ago I've been feeding him blood worms (frozen) I keep him in a 20G, hes not by himself i have other fish also.

He hasn't been eating lately, when the blood worms are broken down in the tank, i try and grab a peace and try to hand feed it but is seems he doesn't want to eat. and I've fed him about 3 time so far and hand feeding him each time i do. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips i should know about Zigzag eels?

If you need any other information please feel free to ask

this is the time he feed his.

Is it new to the tank? (by new I mean been in the tank for under a month) Also, are you thawing out the bloodworms before putting them in the tank? If not, then it could be that it doesn't recognize it as food.

Nevermind the first question, I just looked back at your posts in the other thread. Since it has only been in the tank for under a week, I wouldn't worry about it, most fish will refuse to eat for a little while after they are introduced to a new tank, just give it a while to become accustomed to its new surroundings. If it goes more than a couple weeks, then you may have a problem, but for now it is completely normal for it to refuse to eat.

Alright thanks alot guys ill try and keep you guys posted.

So ill try and see if ill feed him around night time, when its mostly dark.

Update.

I turned off the light and tried feeding him but i couldn't find him. When this happens should i look for him and make him come out ( gently) or just leave him be and feed him another time? he was burrowed under the gravel.

im sorry i dont know too much about them but i dont know how to use this site yet, is there any way any of you could tell me how to post my own questions? thanks.
