Do I really need to feed these guys also do these guys really need supplements to really grow fast and have bright colors??

No, they really don't eat but their cousin the paly, does. For best growth & coloration, you need good lighting. What lights do you have.

Well its a 10gal tank with 2 32watt pc 50/50

I've never been very happy with the color of 505/ lighting. Better off with separate 10000 daylight & actinic bulbs. That being said, PCs in general aren't the best lighting for bringing out good colors.

I have a 70wt Viper over my 15g tank, so I'd say it would cook them for sure.
