Zombie movie/ book fans

Definitly a fan of the new style of zombie fast and aggressive like 28 days and resident evil, but not intelligent like in I am legend. Seems to me it would be to hard for old school zombies to create the apocalypse of my dreams.

If you think about it most people wouldnt think much off it, the masses would be misinformed and this could lead to mass infection and spread due to improper treatment

anyone remember the scene in Return of the Living Dead where they have the zombie strapped down and they ask her why she wants to eat brains?

she answers that it relieves the pain. the pain of being dead.

cool scene.

but not as cool as the scene where the girl strips in the cemetery haha

dont know if anyones said this one yet, i dont feel like reading thru 8 pages, but it is a funny zombie movie called Fido, has anyone else seen it. i also like diary of the dead and the zombie diaries

So do you prefer the original "night of the living dead" slow walking, drooling zombies. Or the crazy fast supped of zombies of modern day.

I really enjoyed the original "Night of the living Dead" for its classic value, but I much prefer newer zombie flicks/books because they're just plain scarier.

physically, since zombies are only running their brains on partial power, only to supplant basic movements and the need to feed on flesh..... I believe that they would be the slow zombies. If they acted as a fast zombie, you would not find me out their picking off their numbers one by one, I would be withering away in some dark room since I would be shredded to pieces the minute I stepped out the door.

MY thoughts

i'm a zombie fan also but i kind of always criticized how zombies work. let me ask this:

1. How come zombies dont' eat eachother?
i think they have a sense
2. How do they know who's human and who's undead?
they can smell because the difference because they have better senses
3. If they were dead, how come they need to feed?
I dont think they ecesarilly need to feed but i think they just kill
4. Do they actually starve to death if they don't feed?
i doubt that wld happen
5. Why not go eat a bunch of animals or meat from a slaughter house or market?
its a limited supply and if 5 million ppl turned to zombies there wldnt be engh in a slaughter house and i doubt they think like we do. And i think they develope a new organ and not use the human brain just change it to a new organ! prtty cool
and i'm more into the old skool zombies instead of the new stuff

Actually i thought they were automatons, that they would use scent to determine flesh, also quizlings are weird

When i read that, i couldnt help but think of that scene from Shaun of the Dead.

WWZ would make a pretty good mocumentary i think.
