Yeah my cousin was in Iraq for 6 years. I've heard some pretty gnarly stories.

This breed of canine has the inability to bark and just kind of whines. Great hunters with curly tails. Dingo-like.
 
A Basenji. I had a old friend that had 1 and when it wanted food it would like squick at him rather then bark. Funny animal.

most spiders are cannibalistic and will eat each other if they encounter another. Also, wouldn't which ever spider survives the encounter be the one that out thought the other?

can you be more specific?
 
cant think of the species name but are you thinking of the spider that taps on other spiders webs to trick them into coming close and then jumps at them to kill?

edit: is it the Portia (hunting) spiders. (portia labiatus)
 
Here, let me try this.

The spider invades the webs of other spiders and devours the occupants, their eggs or spiderlings. It is considered the smartest spider in the world.
