hardly, its more about being polite and handling certain situations in a calm and civilized manner, "mature" if you will, thats why they are called mods, they watch over everything on this forum to make sure things run smoothly.

some mods only dish out nice comments and afew pics of there fish here and there and thats about it, some seems as dumb as a tack at putting one plus one together (i wont mention any names cause i dont want any hurt feelings now ) but they do one hell of a job running this place.

I couldn't agree more.

My only point was there shouldn't be nominations for mods, just let the already mods/Li pick a new mod if and when they need one. All these kind of things do is make a popularity party, leave members feeling unjust and get feelings hurt.
