Like some of the others have stated already, she's probably scared to come out because of the other fishes, as long as you see no injuries and she's still eating, then it may work for a while.....
 
IMO FH's should have their own tanks and not kept as a community.. aggression is a killer...try seperating her from the others and see how she turns out..
 
I have nothing but FH's they don't get along with their own kind never mind others. If you don't split them soon or in the future you will have a death. :headbang2
 
I think it would be better to give him his own tank, obviously he can't make his move because his tank mates are too aggressive , and maybe bigger than him...
