anyone who has been in the hobby long enuff to learn, this bye no means is the highest grade fh just darn good for american standards, the true master peices will never make it to the states, and when they do it is very rare, there are also many differant strains and types, grading goes by many factors color, body shape, flower line(markings) head, fins, and tail,even the inset of the eyes matters to a true collector hope I have helped you understand better
